What if the activities of the web 2.0 would reach out into the real world? What if everybody could produce content, sing, dance, write, perform whereever he or she wants? How could this be different from todays models of 'open-mics'?

This project is a corporate design manual for a ficticous institution, that helps gather content and put up output channels in the city.
